Quality

Kavethiya Industries' fittings are manufactured from high quality brass pipes and forged brass to ensure a pore free and homogeneous valve body. Apart from brass, we use other superior quality raw materials for valve components like stainless steel, Teflon, plastics, etc. for specific applications. We manufacture products which are highly resistant to corrosion and deterioration by using easy clean contours and ABS plastic hand wheels.

Special epoxy coating (shell white) is applied to the metal components by the EPOXCEL process to make them anti-corrosive. They are fully tested before leaving the factory to withstand all the pressures. All the products are individually packed in the best quality packaging materials like corrugated cardboard boxes to make them safe during transportation, storage and usage.

We are proud of our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit which is equipped with all the latest machinery handled by an experienced staff along with sophisticated CAM, CAD software to design best quality products.
